Note 9. Major Customer Concentration
For the three months ended March 31, 2025, the Company had three customers that comprised 14%, 12% and 12% of the Company’s net sales, respectively. Two of these customers are distributors and one is a telecommunications service provider. All three customers are within the Broadband service provider category. For the six months ended March 31, 2025, the Company had three customers that comprised 14%, 11% and 10% of the Company’s net sales, respectively. Two of these customers are distributors and one is a telecommunications service provider, all of which are in the Broadband service provider category.
For the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Company had two customers that comprised 15% and 11% of the Company’s net sales, respectively. Both customers are distributors. For the six months ended March 31, 2024, the Company had two customers that comprised 17% and 14% of the Company’s net sales, respectively. Both customers are distributors and are within the broadband service provider category.
As of March 31, 2025, two customers accounted for 16% and 13% of accounts receivable, respectively. Both of these customers are distributors. As of September 30, 2024, three customers accounted for 16%, 11%, and 10% of accounts receivable, respectively. These customers are all distributors and are within the broadband service provider category. |
