Kathleen S. Skarvan

Kathleen S. Skarvan joined the Clearfield Board of Directors in December 2025. She brings to our Board over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, operations, sales, marketing and strategic planning in high-growth companies. Ms. Skarvan has a wealth of knowledge in sophisticated technology, products and services, and a demonstrated track record of transforming organizations through innovation, quality and productivity initiatives.

Ms. Skarvan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Electromed, Inc., a medical technology company that develops, manufactures, markets, and sells products that provide airway clearance therapy, from 2015 until her retirement in June 2023, and as Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2015. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Electromed, a position she has held since July 2023, and has served as a director of Electromed since 2013. Ms. Skarvan also serves as a director of Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc., a position she has held since June 2022. From 2011 to 2012, Ms. Skarvan served as Vice President of Operations at OEM Fabricators, Inc., a leading custom metal fabrication company specializing in building components. Prior to joining OEM Fabricators, Ms. Skarvan served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Hutchinson Technology Incorporated, a global supplier of critical precision component technologies, most recently as Senior Vice President and President of the Disk Drive Components Division, which had annual revenues in excess of $300 million and 3,500 employees.

Ms. Skarvan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Finance and Business from St. Cloud State University.
