Rebecca B. Seidel

Rebecca B. Seidel joined the Clearfield Board of Directors in December 2025. She brings to our Board over 20 years of experience in MedTech as a global P&L leader and visionary thought leader with strategic capability to drive growth through mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and market transformation. She also has extensive experience scaling production and operational excellence to advance existing markets and create new markets to accelerate growth.

Since November 2020, Ms. Seidel has served as Senior Vice President and President, Cardiac Ablation Solutions for Medtronic plc, a leading global healthcare technology company, with overall responsibility for a growing, $1 billion business focused on pioneering medical device products and services. From 2017 to November 2020, she served as Vice President and General Manager, Atrial Fibrillation Solutions at Medtronic. From 2015 to 2017, Ms. Seidel served as Vice President, Infection Control Business at Medtronic. From 2003 to 2015, she served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Medtronic, serving most recently as Senior Director, Infection Control Business from 2014 to 2015.

Ms. Seidel holds a Master of Science in Information Technology degree from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
